I checked out a video from the library called Cranford. The series was a series of stories about 19th century Cheshire. The characters and the scenery was wonderful!! I'm going to buy the video and the Return to Cranford that came out in Dec. I can't wait to see the Return.
The Cranford series was shown on Masterpiece Theatre here just last Winter, the second or third in the series, I can't remember which.

I've remembered it was the latest Return to Cranford....brilliant !
I can imagine it must make you a wee bit homesick. I loved the series, especially Miss Maddie.
